I can see us conceding in Italy, just hope we score too

RVP better put a few goals away in the return leg.

We're a glass half empty bunch atm, so the reaction is predictable and under the circumstances having played pretty averagely in a massive game it's maybe understandable.

That said, having not played that well at all, apart from maybe the first 25 minutes, to not concede and go into the next leg a goal to the good, HOPEFULLY with some more players available is not the end of the world!

Good that RVP was rested for Liverpool atleast. We need goals cos I can see us conceding on Saturday

Im generally up beat about this performance. People need to consider the circumstances under which we won.
1st -its early in the season
2nd- we have a new look team
3rd- we have just lost our captain. And all the hassle that went with that
4th- Nasri RVP wenger suspended
5th- no wilshere
6th- 2 injuries picked up
7th- team under a lot of pressure from fans media etc
8th- worse off all EBOUE HAS GONE!

There are probably others to add as well
So realistically it was a good result

Not looking forward to that at all to be honest! We're in seriously bad shape right now! Granted Liverpool aren't Barcelona, but they've got enough about them to bother us!
