Apparently he has a verbal agreement to join Real Madrid when his contract at Chelsea ends in June 2016

Looks very unlikely that he will sign a new deal unless Chelsea make him number 1 next season and sell Cech. He is worth at least £20m, losing him for free will not be good.
Is he likely to feature next season ahead of Cech?

I wouldn't believe a word of that

This is likely to be total tosh but is a classic agent trick to apply leaverage on the owning club. There is no way we will let him go for nothing. Either we will sell him in the summer if he does want to go or he'll get his chance to compete with Cech next season.
My suspicion is he may never play for Chelsea but we'll get a good profit from him. Seems to be a way we are going at present but it does fit with FFP.

You cant sign a pre-agreement two and half years before your current one expires.

It was reported as a verbal agreement, which is not binding anyway. The report is tosh, just the press trying to weedle out some info from Courtois or his agent as to his exact intentions.

I would take Isco for him straight swap. We miss abit of spark in behind the striker now Oscar looks abit tired.

A swap deal for Modric or Varane would be good

Modric...really...no - he's a lightweight

for what its worth his dad has said these rumours are completely false and that Chelsea would never allow that to happen

According to the spanish media reports it was that he has signed a pre-contract, the same media outlets claimed two days back that De Gea did.
These guys are worse than the English media.
