Insanity workout help please

I am starting the Insanity workout and need some help.

I regularly do weight training and wanted to ask whether I should do insanity and weights on the same day?

Also what is the best time to do the insanity workout? Early morning?

hahahahaha I always like to think positive.

For example there's a docker in the ashtray and someone has smoked half, is said stub half smoked or is there still half to smoke?

Insanity is a good program, as are Asylum and T25. For people that hate cardio and prefer lifting weights (like in other Beachbody programs) this will work equally well with proper nutrition.

I have been doing these programs for over two years now and prefer lifting with maybe 1 cardio day a week only.

Yeah just a half. But also with all the tools to reproduce. Playing pool tonight so muchos thc to be consumed if the last 20 meetings are to go by
