I have just checked the last few seasons and found that Newcastle got 102 points in 09-10 and Reading 106 points in 05-06. Carried away as I am after last night's Oakwell performance on a wave of emotion, optimism and fanaticism, I predict that we will reach the 100 mark easily, and if things carry on with no blips we could overtake 106. However realistically I am going for 104.
Looking forward to the Blackpool match, there should be a great atmosphere in the KP, a fullish house and a hat trick for Vards.
Bye bye Donny and Yeovil, hello Liverpool and Man Utd. (we will beat Utd at the KP, by the way).
What will be our final points total?

Ooo "another" how many points will we get thread
100 is certainly achievable and would be nice to hit a century

23 from 36 available for 100 - possible, would have to keep close to the level of performance we have been to get that
30 from 36 avaiable for 107 (beat the record) Very tall order.
For what its worth we'll get about 98
Judging by Derby and QPR's recent form I think 7 more points (84) will prove enough to get up come May 3rd and 15 points (92) will prove enough to win the division.
The question is what game will we clinch promotion? We're on course for it to be Reading away. If so I just hope it doesn't happen on the Saturday when we're not playing

So 7 wins , 2 draws and 3 losses makes the ton? I think that's doable if we keep up the level of recent performances. 10 wins and 2 losses, (or 9 wins, 3 draws and 0 losses,) is a very tall order though, particularly with Burnley, Wigan and Reading away all to come.
I'd be ecstatic to see us join the 100 club though!

Dunge - looking at the Stats, if we keep up our recent level of performances we'd be on 107. I'm still taking a game at a time, although I'm more relaxed after getting the potential Charlton and Barnsley banana skins out of the way.
Incidentally, what is the LCFC record tally - 96 points seems to be lurking somewhere in the back of my mind?
