Arsenal have just confirmed the ticket allocation and booking details:
Arsenal – 42,882 tickets
Category 1 - £60 – 7,985
Category 2 - £50 – 16,033
Category 3 - £40 – 12,953
Category 4 - £30 – 5,911
Wheelchair Spaces – 100
Personal Assistant Seats – 100
Ambulent/Visually Impaired – 100
Wigan Athletic have been allocated 22,807 tickets.
For Arsenal fans, concessions will be available to Juniors 16 years and under and Senior Citizens over 65 at a £10 discount off the advertised price. Booking fees will apply. By all accounts there is no chance of Red Members getting tickets through this route.
There will be two booking periods for this fixture
Booking period 1:
1) Current members of the Away Scheme (Away Season Ticket Subscription).
2) Platinum and Gold members who have attended three and above away fixtures over the last two consecutive seasons from August 13, 2011 – March 5, 2014.
Tickets will be guaranteed as long as they are purchased during booking period 1 between 11am on Thursday, March 20, 2014 and 9am on Monday, March 24, 2014.
Booking period 2:
Remaining tickets will be available to Platinum and Gold members from 10am on Monday, March 24, 2014 until 12noon on Thursday, March 27, 2014 subject to availability.

I assume whatever is left after BP2 will be offered to Silver members. But I don't expect any to be left after that.

It depends how many they requested, which depends on how many they expect to sell. For last year's final Manchester City received an initial allocation of 25,000 tickets, later increased to 31,779, while Wigan requested 21,000 tickets, later increased to a 25,000.

I think they should have offered a certain amount of seats for each membership. Obviously more for the higher memberships
