I was getting worried about Wilshere's progress but this gave me reason to be more optimistic.

Wilshere

I think Jack needs to watch this vid.
He is obviously outrageously talented and he has just lost his way since having a long term injury.
Once he realises how good he is and starts performing regularly at a level he is well capable of we will have a world beater on our hands.
If Jack and Aaron both turn it on for the next 8 seasons we will win some serious silverware.

Most of those were during his break through season. The maximum he's it from that season is 80% since his return.
Right now he needs to concentrate on getting rid of niggling injuries by taking full precaution, even if it means missing out on World Cup.

There is nothing to worry about. Not everybody is a world beater at age 21. Lets not forget how good Ramsey has turned out to be. Personally I think people that have a go at Jack are idiots.

He likes to tackle and be physical, and hold the ball long and gets tackled. Too bad he is a bit undersized and had a big injury plus many nigging injuries. IMO, he does not play smart.
It will be extremely difficult for him to get back to his pre-injury form and potentials.
Not only him, Rambo, Theo, Gibbs, all injury prone and also have a tough time to reach their potentials.

Jack is talented but not intelligent, both on and off the pitch to be honest. Hopefully he works out how to use his abilities for the best of the team rather than just trying to be "the man". He can be a quality player for us if he works at it.
