I can categorically say it was two upfront. Even if it wasn't Mason was ill and Beckford injured.

Re the Derby match. I think most fans accept a point was a good result. I do. Just don't understand why Mason was an unused sub. If he was too ill to start then he surely shouldn't have been on the bench!

The Brighton game was more of a concern. Dropping Danns and playing Trotter being the biggest mystery. If Knight was carrying a knock, then the defensive change was understandable. But again, why was Knight on the bench?

This is why people are unhappy.

Dougie holds his hands up ref the Trotter in for Danns switch and admits he made an error.

Yes we failed on the day but it wasn't for the lack of trying. We had chances and were ultimately suckered by a decent Brighton side. Everyone only seemed to switch off after the second goal.

It's the results where we don't perform at all/have no chances and are out fought, performed, thought that are the most galling.

Fair play for admitting the error, but it would be nice not to make the error in the first place

I assume from this that Danns will be starting against Yeovil.

I suggested further up the thread that the season was now over, but I am a bit worried that it may not be. With Charlton winning on Tuesday, and us playing Yeovil and then Blackpool, we really need a minimum of 4 points to help ensure safety!!

Trotter has a very late surge into the box. Sadly the match has been over 6 days.
