Not sure if today's comeback is the best ever, but it is certainly up there. To be 2 goals down with 11 minutes to go and then comeback and win the game 3-2 is nothing short of excellent. Not only does it keep our hopes of a top 3 finish alive but it also takes us up to the magic 70 yes (seventy) competitive goals so for this season, happy days indeed for United.
What is/was the best comeback ever?
Best comeback ever??

Best comeback has to be Southampton 3-4 Leeds. Saints were 3-0 up with 19 mins to go at home. Several Leeds fans left at HT

The 6-6 Motherwell v Hibs a few seasons back, pretty sure Hibs were 5-2 down at one point and missed two penalties too,
Shaun, 4 goals in 19 mins is impressive but we just done 3 goals in 11 mins. But you'd never see coming back from 3 right enough. With 2 there's always a chance.

West Germany against England in 1966 was one hell of a comeback. Got a 89th minute equaliser to push it into extra time, and once England's 3rd goal was disallowed, the Germans romped home to a 5-2 victory over the English.
I remember it vividly.

European games from the olden days.
Killie lost 3 0 away to Eintracht who scored early at Rugby park. Killie then scored 5.
Dunfermline 4 0 down to Valencia won 6 2.

2nd leg sir.
Lost 1 0 in a play off.
No away goals in those days.
Hard to believe but Killie and the Pars were top teams in those days.

fair enough look at the state of those two teams now, horrible. Nothing but OF fans in Kilmarnock these days, pretty sad really........

Killie actually won the league on the old goal average instead of goal difference rule that now applies.
Between them and Hearts on the last day of the season.
Killie won 2 0 at Tynecastle.
Under goal average Hearts only had to score and they would have won the league.
Bizarrely Hearts lost 7 1 to Dundee at Tynecastle that year.
