He needs to go, it's as simple as that. He has no 2nd plan and his 1st is dire and blatantly not working. No balls. We need a manager that is ballsy enough to say, look you Rooney or RVP, you're playing gash, take a seat on the bench, I'm gonna see how Mata or Kagawa do in the number 10 role. It's just not good enough.
