You know what you're right. I didn't see it at the game but it definitely came off his arms and they were in an unnatural position, although in fairness he didn't have much time to adjust.

@RaeComm Derek, 13k is their initial allocation. They can apply for more tickets, should they sell this allocation.
He's the Communication Director for the SFA. Seems like there isn't a 13.5k limit after all going by this guy.
