Make absolutely no mistake, this liverpool team is no arsenal or city. Liverpool treat the champions league as a competition to win, not to earn revenue like others. We WILL be in it next season, as sure as the sun rises tomorrow morning liverpool are in the mood once again.
Anfield nights are special, any team coming ANY will know they have been in a game. Cant wait......CANNOT WAIT I tell ya! What pace and power we have, what a manager we have and what 2 massive games we have coming up in city and cfc, I can almost guarantee they will be like champions league nights on their own,....bring it, bring it!!
Watch out Europe..a proper team is comin!

I think we play in a similar way to Dortmund, and Bilbao, both of which have reached European finals in the last couple of years.
We would have nothing to fear from playing how we play, though obviously against the best we would have get the balance right, as we have more often than not against the best in the Prem this season.

You're not even in the CL yet for crying out loud.

you can't do it twice to find out who's right or wrong here
however, if we had Terry or Vidic or Koscielny and played like we did today (in my opinion) they'd look like arr£e a few times a match as well
we just leave 2 centrebacks to fend for themselves most weeks and eventually they'll mess up
If you gave a sunday league side 100 corners against a professional side eventually someone will lose their mark and concede

I personally enjoy Got Better's optimism and look forward to his posts more than anyone else's. The joke may well be on all those who have mocked him.

Without getting too far ahead, but when we win the next 3 games and then host Man City at home in April, I daren't think what the atmosphere will be like.
OMG...it'll be like the Chelsea Champions League semi again. Watching at home that night gave me goosebumps...never heard anything like that before or since...I can only imagine what it was like actually in Anfield that night.

That, by the very definition, is "getting too far ahead"
"When" you win the next three games?

Sizzle, do you ever actually say anything or do you just use stupid smileys in situations that don't warrant them?

I thought it was just me. He doesn't actually have an opinion on anything. Just ridicules other opinions.

Ripley.....as fans we can say what we want, as players I hope they "take it 1 game at a time", and pay as much respect to sunderland as they did to utd away.
