This track has got 2 massive straights so a mercedes pole is a safe bet and with changeable weather, you can expect a somewhat changed top 10.
I would still have the following in the top 10
2 Mercs
2 McLaren's
2 Williams
1 Ferrari - Alonso
1 Red Bull - Ricciardo
Maybe Vettel

And yeah, that's ridiculously harsh. I think they've got their penalties the wrong way around. The new 5 second stop/go penalty is nonsensical; what happens if you've done all your pit stops? I also think causing a collision should add more than just 5 seconds to your race...
However, it would be a fitting punishment for unsafe releases. Next pit stop, you must spend an extra 5 seconds stopped, as the team were obviously rushing too much the first time.

No they didn't but finished over half a minute faster than everyone else with 2 safety cars.

Yep, the website's not updated yet, but according to my preliminary results it's a win for anti_stan, and wtcbu gets 7th place, which lifts ja606 to the top of the league
