Caulker or Vertonginhen? Each has demonstrated their ability. Brendan is allegedly interested in Caulker, good move, especially if Cardiff go down, they will be keen to lower their wage bill. (Spurs are reported as considering buying him back). Spurs, irrespective if what may happen on Sunday, need to rebuild, and that could lead, especially if a new manager comes in, to massive clear-outs of their disastrous buys last summer.
No matter what anyone says, we've got to sort out our defence.

Caulker is an ok player but I don't think he can improve us much. I'm hoping we raid Dortmund for either Hummels or Subotic. And Bender. And Mkhitaryan haha

Vertwrongun has that mid table laissez-faire attitude of a typical Tottspurt.
He lacks the mentality to play at a big club.

Skrtel Sakho would be a good partnership next year in my opinion with a proper left back and a proper right back if Johnson can't get his act together.
I'd put a big bid in for Shaw personally.

Liverpool’s season has been all about goals, if you can make your self hard to score against next season then you’ll have some team. As it is Liverpool have conceded as many league goals as Crystal Palace one place outside the relegation zone, not sure why you’d be looking to tighten things up with a player part of a shoddy defence even worse than Palace’s! He’s got decent technique but he’s not a fighter.

Vertonghen was good but I think his performances have dropped this season. Therefore, in the right environment, he could get back to being a top defender. He is also bigger than people think. Caulker is good too. Up to Brendan.
