If we play to our potential then none of those games should be worrying.
Question is, can we play to our potential?
Time for an unbeaten run now!!!

BlackStarr, even though Fawaz has an opinion on who he'd pick, today's line-up proves that he lets the manager make the final decision. No Abdoun, no Djebbour, and surprisingly no Henderson. This was Brazil's team, 100%

Agreed and I don't think warnock was disputing that to be fair, but he was suggesting that Fawaz was not happy with Davies not playing Abdoun enough and not happy that Warnock showed him a potential first 11 that did not have Abdoun in.
I think he leaves the selection ultimately with the manager but does question things sometimes which someone like warnock didn't want. Someone like Zola however would probably be ok with that.
Have a read, it's an interesting piece. Obviously told from one side though

I think Brazil picked te best team available for this game. Ipswich are a physical, pressing team and Abdoun wasn't the man for tough away days IMO. Glad to see Mackie get a go up front. Helped to pressure their defence and allowed the midfield to get up in support.
I think Warnock is self serving with these comments. It suits him with his media work to embellish stories to keep himself in the public eye. I think Fawaz is quite right to point out that one of Forest's biggest signings hasn't had much game time recently despite being one of the better performers. I think Fawaz's enthusiasm for the club may be misinterpreted as meddling. Brazil's team selection today was undoubtedly his own, for example.

Good point for you guys today.

I think if he'd been offered the job on a permanent basis he'd be here now BlackStarr, but he probably decided it wasn't worth the hassle for 8 games with no guarantee of further employment. He's the type of manager that would make his own mind up anyway, regardless of what the chairman says.

Perhaps Fawaz told Brazil not to pick those players to make people think he didn't interfere.

I only listened on the radio but I was quite pleased at the way the team put in the effort. I don't know if others think the same but Osborn sounded pretty impressive to me.
If we are at the point of players returning then I hope that the manager sticks to a policy of people playing because they deserve to, not just because of their name. Andy Reid is my favourite but if it came to the point that someone else was playing better than he, then Reid should be left out in their favour.
having said that, I'm reasonably optimistic. There are a number of players in the mix but I still think we can get into the play-offs. And if we can get to the finals and beat Derby 6-0 then it will all have been worth it.

Peltier, too, sounded as though he will be an asset to the team.
