Pochettino, Martinez and Rodgers

Any of them 3 could easily be voted manager of the season, the same way Moyes won the award a few times but what sets them apart is the football their teams play. You cant help but doff your cap at Pochettino.Hardly conversant in English, under immense pressure taking over a popular manager, but quickly gets the players on his side and producing a performance every single weekend.Never mind the results, in terms of performance Southampton are a top top team.

Then you have Rodgers, who has taken a bit of time to get his ideas across as compared to the other 2, has had the added advantage of managing the best player in the league but has made some really good changes at the club without having to sign some good players as Liverpool have struggled to attract the worlds best players. His man management of Suarez has to be up there with some of the best man management of difficult players we have seen in the game.

He has got liverpool to at least the level of Arsenal, they still havent beaten the best sides away from home except united and Spurs but so have arsenal, Chelsea and City. They did play well at the Etihad and Stamford Bridge but were well beaten at the Emirates.Their biggest weakness is their bench which is poorer than Spurs bench in my opinion which makes the achievements of Rodgers even more impressive.

Then you have Martinez, probably the guy who makes united chiefs question the decision to appoint Moyes. He hasn't necessarily pulled up any trees as yet but its soo easy to see why he is highly rated and again like Pochettino he is getting performances out of players where as the likes of Wenger and Mourinho cant.He is a forawrd thinking manager, may have inherited a decent squad with a good defence but there is a big change to the way Everton has approached games this season.

All 3 managers are really the great stories of this league and for once the big clubs will try to get their managers from within rather than look outside. Liverpool have the stronger squad possibly followed by Everton with the Saints possibly the weaker club which makes Pochettino look like a genius really.

Who is the most impressive among the 3?I honestly cant chose, all great young managers.

I know he speaks english, but barely.

Poch is quite good at English. Players say he speaks it fine during training. It's just to the media he doesn't speak English. Think it's to avoid getting his words mixed up or getting misconstrued by the media.

Yeah, from what I hear Claudio Ranieri was the same - he became proficient in English long before he stopped using an interpreter. Then he stopped using him and the whole world just wished he'd shut up...

Anyway, of the three I'd say Pochettino has probably impressed me the most. Of the squad he has, all but three were inherited; he's simply maximising their effectiveness - whereas Rodgers and Martinez have made large-scale changes to implement their styles.

If Liverpool win the title I can't see it going anywhere other than Rodgers. He's dragged up a team that finished 7th last season and made them into genuine title contenders, all without any particularly significant upheavals to the squad over the summer. Though that does make you wonder what he was doing differently last year.

^^Tbf, they did make a load of signings in the summer, most of them were just crap. Mignolet and Sakho have played a fair bit and done OK, Aspas is woeful, Touré isn't setting the world alight and Alberto and Illori were "for the future". Probably more, but I've forgotten them. So he's not very good in the transfer market generally, although Sturridge and Coutinho have more than paid back the £20m they set them back.

Doesn't detract from the job he's done, though. Evidently got a good coaching staff together, as witnessed by the way Suarez and Sterling have improved, and he's maximised the usefulness of Henderson. Their defence is crap but the tactics are so intense that it rarely gets tested. Might struggle with Europe, who knows. My tip for the title, though.

Rodgers surely must win it. He's done the best job this season whether Liverpool win the league or not.

City will win the league but it won't be an amazing achievement or anything. With their squad the race should already be over.
