This season in the league he has scored 29 goals and made 11 assists. And in only 27 games. That's a goal/assist every 60.5 minutes.
Has anybody ever had a record like that before? Henry had 24 goals and 23 assists in 37 league games back in 02/03. Ronaldo had 31 league goals and 7 assists in 07/08 in 34 games. Drogba 29 goals and 10 assists in 09/10 in 32 games.
Really can't think of anybody with a similar record to Suarez apart from Henry who played more games that season. If he keeps it up, he is likely to break quite a few records.

If Liverpool do win the league would Suarez have matched Maradona's achievements at Napoli?

I think so. Liverpool will be the most average team to have won the PL, so definitely has a case.

How does an average team win the league
Surely you have to be the best to win the league??

Stupid clown, pipe down you mug, Manchester United have exactly the same team now as they did last year, actually they now have both Mata and Fellaini and are now 7th.

What makes his stats even more incredible is the fact that he's the only one on that list who doesn't take penalties.
