Just when you think you've seen it all...
Watched our 20/20 side take a fearful beating v the Sri Lankans last week.... or so I thought, when out of nowhere our guys despite going 0 for 2 in the first over, broke all sorts of records to overcome SL in a brillliant run chase, with some of the most fantastic batting seen by an English pair in this format
Compare this to Chelsea losing in a poor display to Villa two weeks ago , then brilliantly taking Wenger's side to the cleaners, only for us to abjectly disappear at Selhurst Park
so to cap it all, England manage to lose to the feckin Dutch today & go out of the competition
Are these Great/poor results in such a short space of time due to;
1 Poor play
2 Poor tactics
3 Poor management
4 Luck
5 Bad luck
6 Kismet
7 Other
I'd like some answers though...I really would

I'd say the players attitude was poor and they were too confident going in to the games against Villa and Palace.
I hope Jose employs some players with good attitudes in the summer

I am a Pakistani but I don't like cricket.Very boring game and a waste of time,One-day cricket is the best in my opinion.As for English cricket team who cares?
You are right that Chelsea players lost not only by playing poorly but due to bad attitude,lack of professionalism,complacency and selection of wrong players.Also Jose was wrong with his team selection.Ba should have played instead of Torres.

I have said a few times there is no reason why Ba should not feature more, he is no worse than Torres, & is capable of slotting a goal if given the opportunity I think
