So FIFA think the referees need help

So what help are FIFA going to give the referees at the World Cup. Video Replays?

In fact FIFA have requested all nations to wear one-colour kits in an effort to help referees.

Well of course we are talking about FIFA here and common sense doesn't seem to ever apply. This I just do not get - does anyone?

They haven't requested that. They've requested a predominately light kit and a predominately dark kit to distinguish home and away colours. Not all one colour.

I actually read "one colour kilts" and couldn't work out wtf this was all about.
