Future coach

Now the winter tours are out the way and the diabolical results are in the past..
Flower has been canned, its now time for a new coach.Cook has come out and backed Giles.
So as Steven Harmison and Geraint Jones..Alll a|se kissers.
Why the flipping hell would you go for Ashley Giles?

Please name who'd you want in charge.. I think Nassar Hussein would be a good choice.. But he says it how it is. AND THATS NOT ALLOWED NOT ALLOWED AT ALL.

Yeah awful tour down under, terrible ODI resulting in T20 humiliation. Answer get rid of our top batsman (Cook all will become clear soon), take the Coach/Director out of the front line, put him in charge of developement, keep the out of form non tactical Captain oh and promote the bloke in charge of the humiliated one day side to overall format control. After all we have to move forward.

Vaughan's tactics have always been spot on but he is not the guy for an emergency.

Hussain is good at spotting talent but his tactics have always been shocking.

Botham flopped as Captain so I doubt he could hold a coach role.

For me it would have to be Fleming

Eng need foreign coach. Stephen Flaming is a good shout. He is a good fella.

I don't see any other good managers/coach available.

Cook said it took guts to stab Pietersen in the back. No it didn't Alistair it was cowardice and self preservation after an awful inept Captaincy in the tour. What the heck has a Captain got to do with picking a Team/Squad anyway, isn't he just a player like everyone else. As for harmony in the dressing room, how much harmony do you think there is in a Rugby or Football Team dressing room, they seem to do okay once they get on the pitch. What Cook is miffed about is that a superior cricketer told him he was talking tosh and making stupid decisions, simple as that.

What is Tom Moody doing these days?

Vaughan or Hussain

English
Man managers
Previous England captains
Very knowledgeable
Not 'yes' men

Giles will get it though.

If fireign Fleming for me. Clever guy.

Has to be mark Robinson for me. He's a great coach with a proven record and is a superb man manager. Neither Husain or Vaughan would get it.

yeah giles will get it. Cook wants him therefore its a given.
England will beat Sri-lanka and India or maybe draw against India and things will be A-Okay until we are abroad again and lose or lose the ashes next summer.

There you go ECB, Moores has thrown his hat in the ring at last. Let us see what you mean now by moving forward. Moores is a winner, has more experience and knowledge than Giles and yet I think we can all guess who you will pick.
