As an Arsenal fan I do not deny that my fellow arsenal fans on this board are made up largely of idiots, wums, morons, annoying posters, people who get carried away, fickle aholes etc.

But I'm sorry, you guys are just as bad. On every forum i've been on for years, every liverpool fan I've spoken to for years, you guys are the definition of deluded. I put it quite simply down to the fact that you have so much history, that Liverpool fans just could not accept the fact that you have been the 6th/7th best team in England for a while. You're just lucky because this season you are genuinely a good side. That doesn't make you guys any less moronic or deluded. Look in the mirror you fools.

Also, I love how cocky you're getting about your team. If you had had half the injuries we've had your appalling lack of depth would have shone through, and If you were good enough to have qualified for Europe last year, or gone further in either cup competition this year, then you would be on substantially less points right now. Or if you had had the kind of budget restraints that we had for 8 years, you would also be nowhere near where you are now. You've played 12 games less than us. 12! That is massive. What is this nonsense about budgetary constraints. It's rubbish, the club has run on a CL budget for years & years. It's spent a lot of money on players but simply chosen to sell it's best players and not win trophies. When the club wastes tens of millions of pounds on wages to players like Bendtner each year there is no way on earth anyone at Arsenal can plead poverty.

It's simply not credible or the truth...Arsene has had since 1996 to develop a strong enough youth policy to develop enough star players to not have to invest money on players like Chelsea & City yet all he's actually done is make excuses and complain about financial doping...utterly ridiculous! He's had the advantage of continuity to offset any spending anywhere else.

All fans get a bit carried away and become at times a bit delusional but a club like Liverpool has recognised that things weren't right after 2010 so have made the necessary changes. Arsenal have stood still and made excuses whilst ripping off their fans.
