Its not unfair at all (i know your probably joking). They developed all 3 in their academy (along with messi who is effectively also a playmaker). Although im sure the fact that they can take the pick of youngsters to develop and english club have to work limited to a catchment area is a big factor

Can barca hand pick any yougnster from across the country/world or something?

yeah in england up until 16 you can only live an hour drive away from the training ground. In spain you can come from all over the world hence real signing a 7 year old argentinian from under barcas grasps the other day

Barca is allowed to bring any kid any age from any country into their club. English clubs have to work signing players who live a max 90minutes away from the training centre, until they turn 16 of course
