DUFC News

A few stories kicking about this week about the mighty Terrors as we build up to Saturday, not all have anything to do with the game.

Jackie McNamara is up in front of the beaks today for saying a couple of sweary words towards St Johnstone boss Tommy Wright in a league game at Tannadice a few weeks ago. He was sent to the stands as sweary words aren't allowed in football these days apparently. I've been led to believe that if he were to get a touchline ban, and it would be ridiculous if he did, then I believe he would be suspended for this weekends game.

They wouldn't would they?

United youth prospect Jordan Moore, who is on loan at League 1 side Dunfermline, has revealed on his twitter that he has missed the last few matches as he battles melenoma skin cancer. The teenager hopes to be back soon.

Best of luck Jordan. Kick cancers árse.

I believe The Scotsman yesterday quoted "Dundee United manager Jackie McNamara" as slamming the Hibs youth system. It was in fact his father, Jackie snr.

Top journalism there.

Christian Dailly believes we'll win the semi final. Of course we will Christian.

Eammon Bannan likes the fact that the young boys in our team still go down the park for a kick about with their mates. So do I Eammon.

Lee McCulloch reckons the Ramsden cup defeat was worse than liquidation. Don't be stupid Lee, but if you thought that was bad wait until Saturday.

Andy Robertson says he joined United over other clubs because he thought he'd play in more big games with us. I've no worries about you doing the business Andy.

Mon the Terrros.

I believe Ivan is actually Ricksens alter ego!

Surely a TRUE Dundee united fan would spell

Eamonn Bannon correctly?

Eamonn Bannan who the feck is he?

McNamara given 5-match ban, 2 matches suspended & will be suspended for the game at Ibrox.
Wright, on the other hand only gets 1 game ban, and it's suspended.

Utter farce but, surprised Çiftçi wasn't also banned for some reason. McNamara should just ignore it.
