Said it yesterday had a funny feeling St Johnstone were going to win. Thought it was a good game and St J probably played better 2nd half and deserved it. Stevie May was excellent and 2 fine finishes.
So a first ever Tayside cup final, there will pretty much tickets for any fan who wants them on both sides. Going to be a great day out in May My birthday weekend too.....
.....again big congrats to St Johnstone
Tayside cup final.

I had a feeling for St Johnstone myself and really should have put money on it.
I think Aberdeen will probably feel a bit aggrieved at not going through but that's the way cup football is.
It should be a cracking day out though. Hopefully we can match our 2010 attendance or even beat it. I believe they're already branding Celtic Park 'ParkShed'

Parkshed love it. I'll need to get some new shedshades Hobo was knocking my predictions yesterday too sometimes I wish I was a gambling man. Most people had written St J off.
I'd imagine we'll take 25-30k and St J will be between 12-16k mark so it'll be pretty full.

My brother was gonna put an acca on today... St Johnstone, Hull, Liverpool, Chelsea, but he missed the St Johnstone kick off so didn't bother. Would have been a decent return.

Yeah I think that'll be about right, they might even get up to the 20k mark in the same way Ross County did in 2010.
I would have enjoyed the atmosphere a bit more if it had been Aberdeen I suppose but I'm sure we'll make our own atmosphere at the game.

A new firm/ only firm derby final would have been awesome right enough. But quite like the thought of the 1st ever Tayside derby final too and our record against St Johnstone is better.......

Hah, it was all part of my plan! I have worse prediction skills than you, so I thought that if I questioned your prediction, fate would make it so that I looked foolish.
Tommy Wright, I hope my cheque is in the post.
