I'd like to add him onto our back line - the ideal type of player we should be acquiring (theoretically) - young, hungry to play but experienced too.

Wouldn't the length of the list compared to your arm solely depend on the font size? I mean, it could be a relatively small list, just in a large font or you may have a tiny arm.
