Yesterday, we saw yet another moment of 'Mourinho Madness', when he snuck up behind Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova and poked him in the eye.
Mourinho later said, "I have been polite and played like a man and not fallen to the ground at the first touch. I don't know who Vilanova is."
Barcelona defender, Gerard Pique later said, "Someone has to take action on the matter. Mourinho is destroying Spanish football. "
I thought what Pique said to be hypocritical, considering he plays for Barcelona, a team that is blatantly favoured by officials and who also dive and look to get opposition players sent off.
So my question is, who is worse for Spanish football, Barcelona or Mourinho?
Mourinho destroying Spanish Football?

He does create a really poisonous atmosphere and creates bitterness. Barca are no saints but Madrid combine Barca's theatrics with great cynicism and aggression.

OP
I don't care about Spanish football but in European competition it is Barca who are destroying it.There diving, cheating and theatrics are the worst I've ever seen.Add to that how UEFA cherry pick refs for them and it's a disgrace unmatched.

Im one of Jose's biggest fan's but any-one who can defend what he did last night needs their head testing.
Unless Tito said something earlier on it looks like a complete random and unprovoked attack.

TBF this is getting blown a bit out of porportion. Managers like Sam Allardyce and Tony Pulis do far more to damage the game than Mourinho does
----------------
Managers like Allardyce and Pulis do what they do because they have limited resources. Mourinho does exactly what Pulis and Allardyce do but with world class players. He gets away with it becuase he is successful but he is not great manager, but you could argue that Pulis and Allardyce have also been relatively successful with Stoke (FA Cup final) and Bolton (5th in the league).
Mourinho has no idea how to built a team as he 's not been in a job longer than 3 years. If he was to do so he would get found out.

....'as good a manager as Mourinho is, we do not need his sort of poisonous atmosphere back in the club.'
Too true.
Never was a true football man - it's all about his ego.
OP's point - Barcelona the great darlings of the media - we all know they're pretty cynical too.
