Time Wasting

I have to say his style of tennis is not for me, and especially the amount of time he takes between points. There is a rule and the umpires should stick to it WHOEVER it is. Nadals matches do take very long because of this, and it does get tedious at times, but what can you do if the umpires don`t uphold the rules? Umpires only seem to give one warning and nothing else, no docking of points or games. Would be interesting to see how he played within the time limit.

Maybe he is just waiting for the recharge light on his guns to go out between games...

I agree, it's down to the umpires. But they are just not doing anything. I simply can't watch this man play. It's so boring! Is there anyone we can write to and lobby for the enforcement of the rules?

Umpires have a stopwatch in their hand to time the seconds between points. If players go over a certain amount of seconds then the umpire issues a warning, then if the player does it again should dock a point against the player, then a game etc.
