Vettel.........decent drive who lucked...

I'm surprised that the few Vettel fans on this forum haven't bothered to come to his defence by pointing out to you that he did not “luck into” Red Bull. He has been part of the Red Bull driver development program and the Red Bull drive was a logical step up for him. But then the few Vettel fans don't seem to know very much a bout F1 between the lot of them.

Whatever car advantage he has had, you do not win 4 world titles without some talent.

My issue with Vettel's fans has always been the over the top statements regarding his abilities; i.e. he's smarter than everyone else, is the second coming of Senna, the greatest ever driver, etc. Then using Webber as an example but ignoring Webber almost won the title in 2010 and since then did not get the same level of support.

When the season started we were told intelligent drivers like Vettel would beat the other dummies on the grid but he is struggling to get to grips with a car that is no longer planted as it was whilst others are developing faster.

It would be good if we were objective and not allow blind hatred blinker views on here.

Seb is a quality driver, best on the grid? The jury is still out on that one.

It would be worth noting that if it weren't for a botched pit-stop and a move of supreme idiocy from Red Bull, Daniel Ricciardo would be higher in the standings than Vettel.

Exactly

Daniel Ricciardo is like a breath of fresh air.

The Renault Power Unit has problems that will need to be sorted out. But the Red Bull aero is as good as the Mercedes. So I think we can expect Daniel Ricciardo to be competing for the WDC.

The Vettel “tough luck” comment may come back to haunt him. 20 seconds behind Daniel Ricciardo but Sebastian Vettel is the greatest because he is young and speaks good english.

Well, obviously, become a Hamilton fan and then you will be able to find out for yourself. That is probably too deep for you to work out.
