With ting tong in prison and his continual expectations that he wants 'loadsa money' to sell up and clark seemingly out of his depth with his bunch of loans and frees (waifs and strays more like) is relegation the best thing that can happen to Blues?
Relegation would command an even lower price for Blues meaning that any potential buyers with a realistic valuation could come in and buy the club off these bunch of mercenaries. Ting tongs unrealistic demands that he'll get back at least 80% of what he paid for the club is putting off bidders who see the club more in the £15 to £20 million bracket.
Would relegation finally rid us of this red menace?

Trouble is any good ones from the lower divisions [such as Lge One if we are relegated ] will get snapped up much sooner by the bigger/higher division teams probably more so than before with the changes introduced regarding nationality and financial stability.
i.e. they will be more likely British/Irish and be cheaper than their overseas counterparts.

well after todays shocker I think we are dead and buried so we will soon find out if you are right....personally I agree we are better off going down and it may force their hand to sell asap.
