...why not ey? Seeing as though Barcelona have had the "ban" suspended until after summer, and the news that pretty much half the fans of the Catalonian outfit want him out, would you be happy if we put a bid in for him? I think Arsenal have got some first refusal clause on him like, but you never know.
Personally I'd love him at Liverpool like, crazy good midfielder that lad.
Fabregas?

Costa Rica will be knackered as Joel Campbell played in the CL.
Only Iran can win the World Cup.

I heard we were sniffing around Pedro. He comes with a hefty price tag of £35-40m though.
Much better player than Fabregas in my view.

As posted in a thread earlier. Fabregas offers good versatility in where he can play/who he can replace, at arsenal he played off rvp meaning he can do the same should we have suarez or studge out.
He can also play in the forward 3 points of a midfield diamond when we deploy that formation. Or two of three points of a midfield triangle when we play 4-3-3. He fits in well with our versatility, is an incisive passer and would improve the number of goals we get from midfield.
It also frees coutinho up to play from the left again like his first 6 months with us (when he was playing better)
We don't actually need many players, i think three max inclusive of fabregas:
Shaw/coentrao
Fabregas/lallana
Tello/kono/Sanchez
People expecting more signings that that have forgotten how badly we suffered when Kenny bought a mass of.players in, and when spurs did it last season. Revolution takes time, evolution is seamless!!

Alot of people say he would be better deep but at arsenal he was best in the number 10 role.
At Barca messi plays as a false 9. He's the striker as well as the AM. So the number 10 and messi would justget in eachothers way which is why he didn't have the same impact.
At Arsenal imo he was better with Ade then he was with RVP. A pacy player around him was when he was it his best. He was always looking for theo too. If he did ever play for Liverpool he would look great with sturridge but not so much with Suarez imo

Oh how cute, dreamers!
He's red & white!

Actually frimboue suarez is the more intelligent runner of the two, sturridge is always getting caught offside, suarez drops a little.deeper when they both play bit otherwise they are both on the shoulder of the last defender, we also have raheem who runs with a lot of pace.
He would.fit in very well with our attacking style for sure.
I think he will be sold.around the 20mill mark.

I think Frimboue has a point, in that Sturridge is a better 'off the shoulder' player - the passes couple with Sturridges speed could do major damage

Without a doubt!
Arsenal fans can say what they like, can't see fab going back there to compete with ozil et all for such a heavily stacked position.
Again.with utd. Kagawa rooney and mata all favour that same position.
City have silva, Chelsea have Oscar and hazard.
If fab wants to come back to England where he excelled he has few realistic choices. All the above teams are also already stacked tp compete on multiple fronts, we are not yet, so we are still looking for guaranteed "first 18" players (rotation/first team options)
That's not to say we will get.him, or indeed pursue him, but.it's not the silly idea some might think!!
