I came across this video where he talks about his philosophy and what characteristics he looks for in his players.

I am very impressed and he comes across as a manager who has a clear vision and know what he wants to do with his team and players.

Hire him, I say.

insightful interview, he said all the right things
attacking philosophy, vision, team mentality, young players ...

and most importantly he speaks with such conviction in his own beliefs that you can see players buying into this beliefs.

lastly he said he is/was a teacher: giggs learning from him maybe
