Does anyone know if he is being kept on? It seems he has escaped any criticism. There was an article on the DM (..I know, I know) that said there was a coach the players pretty much loathed because he was so boring and I couldn't help but think it was phil.
I never really like it when someone brought in by a manager stays on after the manager has been dismissed.

Too little time to get a new set of backroom staff. P Nev has probably stayed on help out with the coaching and managerial duties for the remaining games and you cant just sack every single one of the backroom staff.. Usually one guy does stay to show the new guy the ropes.. Not that Giggs needs showing..

Seems that way. Although he hasn't come on with any statements regarding Moyes (thanking him or offering some sort of gratitude), so I suppose there is the chance he disagreed with tactics or the relationship was strained.
I understand Chris Woods staying on because by all accounts he seems to be a very good GK coach.
