hi guys
red bull in an effort to cure SV problems are to build him a new chassis as they believe he may have a problem with his current car that is preventing him from exploiting his very individual technique and his chassis to the full ,
what has been clear since vettels career began in F1 is that vettel is very much a " feel " driver with the sensitivity and delicacy of rembrandt painting an old master and when that feel is not there from the car the results will suffer ,
of course this is nothing new as i can remember similarities with the very great alain prost who was also very reliant on the slightest of set up differences to obtain the maximum from his machines in terms of pace and tyre wear -
however ----- it remains to be seen if his current chassis is the cause for his lack of pace and increased tyre wear from his RB10 , personally i think the current renault engine with all its complex systems that are not up to there full working performance levels are at the root of vettels problems -
-------------- watch this space as they say ----

I just think way too much has been made of Vettel's recent form. A retirement, a podium and then two average races. Sure it's a massive climb-down from 9 wins in a row, but it's hardly the end of days.
It's quite funny to see some knicker-wetters claim that his previous 4 titles are now null & void due to two average races. If we went by that logic, there's not a single F1 World Champion out there!

come on now hobo lets all try and get along , must admit i personally think it is a little premature to think of vettel as a busted flush as i believe he will eventually get on top of whatever is affecting his form -
watched an interview with prost last night and he seems to think confidence accounts for 70% of a drivers performance , hopefully the new chassis vettel is receiving for spain will remove whatever bug has crawled up his anatomy --

Can you please give us some examples of such statements?
Many thanks

Martial, I'm more than happy to debate with you about anything. We've put the past behind us which is good.
I just do not understand the motives of people like hobo on this board and would like to understand why he makes outlandish comments and not back them up.
I would like him to and not run away like he normally does.

hobo is probably refering to the thought that by some on here that vettel has turned into a busted flush over the course of the last 3 races -
--------------- however lets not start bickering among ourselves over idiotic bollox that is not worth bickering about ---

Sorry - no offence intended. I wasn't meaning anyone specifically on here, but I have seen comments to that effect. Particularly on the BBC HYS sections.
Although with the love of UKIP you see there, it probably isn't the best representation of humanity...
