What do you make of this, Lawro's predo:
Aston Villa v Blackburn
Villa did well to get a draw at Fulham on the opening day of the season, and it was not a big surprise that Shay Given helped them do it with a couple of great saves. He looks a very good signing.
I can see them building on that with a win here, which might bring a bit of relief for Alex McLeish in his first home game as Villa boss. He might not have been a popular appointment with the fans but I cannot see it taking him long to win them over.
For me, Blackburn need a couple of new players, especially a centre-back. Another defeat here after they lost at home to Wolves might increase the pressure on Steve Kean but it is the board who should be asked a few questions, not him.
Prediction: 2-0

Lawro? Much the same as his predo of us losing 2-1 at Fulham. Think the two extremes are:-
(a) Blackburn get an early go, we run around like headless chickens trying to get somewhere near their net, before Blackburn nick another goal just before full time. 0-2
(b) Villa start brightly, Bent gets a quick goal, that settles the nerves. We get another just before half-time. Second half Blackburn fight back, one each, ends 3-1.
Depends a huge amount on what team we play and whether it works,
