Unrealistic. And if we got both I eouldnt see the need for Modric.

Blue kenyan replace mikel with modric and its a stronger team. But yh highly unlikely we would get both for obvious reasons.

Replacing Mikel with Modric in Blue Kenyan's team would be unbalanced and leave the defence exposed, as they are pretty much all attack minded players.

Being honest I can only see us signing one more player, one of either Modric or Mata, can't see us meeting the asking price for Hazard.
