Don't tease me Arsene, I'm tired of playin'!
It was revealed that Arsenal had made a bid of around 18 million quid previously which Leverkusen dismissed out of hand. According to many the player wants out this summer & the club will grant him his wish.
Arsenal are alleged 'frontrunners' for this Germanic midfield diamond, if (as expected) he is available for a move I'm sure there'll be a queue.
Let's do this! He's EXACTLY what Arsenal need.
