Some statements from our owners, Top in particular, that have come out over the last day or two:
Nigel Pearson will be able to spend whatever he likes for the Premiership. (This is why it helps to have a manager who we're pretty sure won't get pound signs in his eyes anyway.)
Top considers that they have their value for investing in Leicester City: They're the proud owners of a Premier League team, and he considers this alone to be a full return on their investment. He still can't quite believe it and he's living the dream.
He's making good on his promise that the first round is on him by organising vouchers to be given out on the gates for a free beer inside.
Top is just amazing me this morning. Welcome to dreamland, everybody!
Top man

Much more relevant will be the announcement of season ticket prices......especially for existing holders who have invested in the club -up front- before any results or promotion is achieved.
Presumably their loyalty will be rewarded with substantial discounts over the prices for new applicants and hopefully maybe their long term commitments recognised

I cant bear this 'us and them' scenario that is starting to develop at our club.
It would be horrible to have the ground only half full for the last game of a wonderful season or a Premier League game and surely the players would prefer coming out to a full house.
Top presumably bought the club based on its potential of which a big factor is the attendances.
I have a season ticket, have done for many years and I can live with a few glory hunters if the alternative is the dirge served up in the Holloway and Levein days.

Unfortunately beer doesn't go with JG's prawn sandwiches!

If we don't want new fans, what was the point in moving from Filbert St to the KP?
If we do well in the Prem, become established and get full houses every week (if if if), what will be the point of extending the ground, if we don't want new fans?

Spare a thought for those outside who can't get into the ground tomorrow...

I also hate this us and them nonsense, I have gone to as many games as I've been able to afford in all the leagues that we've been in, over the past 3 years I've been at Uni and buying tickets plus travelling is just something I've not been able to afford. Next year I'll have a job so will be able to afford one its really unfair to have a go at people who don't/can't go to many games as I'm sure the vast majority of fans would love to have a season ticket and still supported leicester through thick and thin

Just received my season ticket renewal price and I'm still in dream land! A £15 increase means that as an adult I'll be paying £23 per game next season! I'll be toasting my bottle of Singha to the TOP bloke at the TOP of the TOP championship club. Well played TOP!

As requested and correctly - the club has rewarded season ticket loyalty - excellent
I will renew all four as usual

I'll refrain from making the obvious cheap jibe, John.

Now we're all pleased that Johngee is sorted and the owners have respected his superior support by rewarding season ticket holders (rightly so I agree) it's pretty amazing to see that tickets have only increased by 3% on average.
I think that is phenomenal value for a team just promoted to the premier league and once again our owners are not looking to profiteer from the fans of our club.
Our owners are mint.
