Rangers will still walk that league. Their budget is the same as the rest of the league combined.

As much as I'd like to agree, I reckon we will have zero budget next season. The team we have now will be the team we start within the Championship - barring anyone we can move on and replace for free.

Hearts would have survived comfortably this season if they hadn't been docked 15 points so it will be a very tight call next season

Gonna be hard slog if the team perform to the level you guys here and on the phone ins have described this season.
That said I honestly don't think any manager in the Championship next season would not swap squads with McCoist in a heartbeat.

If season tickets sell at the same level as last year then there is no reason for rangers not to have the same budget.

Every other team would wish that rangers weren't in it as they will feel they are playing for second place.

Agree, we will have the best squad. But we need to translate that into performances and results. I do t think it will be a walk in the park like this season. It will be a competitive division

Unless the players naturally lift themselves due to the step up in competition then the only danger I see to the current squad not winning the division is McCoist.
If Wallace is still scared to replace him then I think he is misreading the fans as from what I can gather most fans just want him to walk but if push comes to shove want him gone regardless.
Rangers fans I mean for as you know myself and most other Celtic fans just love him in situ

It will definitely be more competitive but it would still be a major embarrassment to rangers if you failed to win it given your resources.
