Having 5 yellows is definitely worse than having four. Especially right before a cup final.

It is widely known that the good people over at the FA frown upon players getting bookings. They even go ahead and celebrate every fifth one with a summary suspension of said players from any competition they sanction.

Only they don't.

I should really stop dragging this out.

5 yellows is only a suspension up until around Christmas time, then it increases to 10. Around April it increases again to 15 yellows. Giroud is a long way away from 15 ( although two yellows v Norwich will of course see him banned.)
