Barclays Fantasy Premier League - Glitches

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm an administrator of a mini league over here In Thailand. Because of the problems last weekend, 2 players have joined the League in the last couple of days. They successfully logged in and joined with the league code, and yet they still do not appear in either the league itself, or under the field "players to be added after the next points update", which just shows "no pending entries".

Is there any way to contact them to point this out. We don't need a repeat of last weeks problems.
