Ozil is a luxury kind of player that won't really work hard but can still make something out of nothing, a pure magician. I think he's now adapted to the EPL and now it's about Wenger adapting to him by surrounding him around the right players. Look at what Silva is surrounded by at City which allowed him to blossom from his 2nd season till now. Mesut is not a shooter he'd rather make others around him improve than being a goal scorer but nevertheless he's world class and hasn't at all flopped in England.
