I don't think we're in any position to laugh at anyone, are we? I'd have liked Liverpool to have won it, it certainly wouldn't have been undeserved and they've spent next to nothing.

They've played next to nothing compared to Chelsea and Manchester City. Their squad wasn't title winning and if everyone had the same time they had off between games they would not have even been fighting for the title.

Even they know they need to add in the summer, their squad is not good enough.

In my opinion, if they can bring in better back four, a third choice striker and a winger, they'd compete again.
