Just asking where everyone's favourite place to go abroad is? Just more of a general question, out of curiosity.
For me mine's got to be Florida. Love everything about America, and would be a dream to live over there one day even for a year at a uni, but Florida's amazing.
Favourite place abroad?

I was under the impression that everyone that goes to Florida gets brutally murdered.

Love New York and Southern France, but in the end I'd have to say anywhere in sub-saharan Africa. Nowhere else can really compete in terms of natural beauty, but it has so much more going for it than that.
Miami looks good, but other than that it seems like Florida would be everything that's wrong with America thrown into one state. Obesity, donald duck, celebrity-obsessed culture. I'm sure America has a lot more to offer than that.

Coming out of left field here, but of the places I've been Iceland and the Dominican Republic were both great, for very different reasons.

I havent travelled much, but thats because of a life spent partying and then recovering from the damage I did to myself. A quick calculation and i reckon I used to drink...well, for a few years I drank about 70 pints a week, then it went up to about 100 and then its a bit of a blur really. then i turned my back on that lifestyle. And that was consistently drinking that much, so I reckon my total consumption of beer from 16 when I really started in the pub to 25 when I stopped would easily be over 40,000 pints. Could have travelled the world for that and not have a facked up head and body...oh well, no point in crying over spilt......beer.
