Congratulations Pulis.

A team that were dead and buried 'by all' before a ball was even kicked this season. By far the cheapest squad in the league. 10 games gone (just over a quarter of the season!) and only 4pts on the board.........................then along came TP.

He took the basis of a squad that finished 26th in England last season, a squad that were truly out of their depth this season, and gelled them into a 'team'. He spent little (but wisely) in Jan but his buys were decent and what we needed.
The current 'stats' since he took over are a match for any manager in the Prem, more-so considering what he has to work with.
Yeah we play defensively, but that doesn't mean 'hoofball' as many of the performances have shown this season.

Pellegrini has 2 trophies in his first season in England which is fantastic and Rodgers has done a great job at Liverpool. But from the stance of 'how the f-ck do I keep this lot up!' to finishing 11th with many games to spare is a proper miracle, not a Poyet miracle.

So a well deserved honour for Pulis despite my obvious bias, but I'm equally glad that BR has been recognised too.................Manuel, I'm sure you get your's next season bud.
