Chelsea Megastore/free delivery code?

Went to order the new home shirt today, on the main promotional screen it says "free standard uk delivery on orders over £60". However when I get it all sorted it tells me on the basket page that I have to spend over £75 in order to get free delivery.

Spoke to the CS team via e-mail and they've just palmed me off. So...

Anyone got any free delivery codes for the megastore at all with memberships etc? I didn't with my level of membership.
