Now that it appears that peace has broken out and Ibrox and Murray park are safe.....what will King now do ? Will he wait for a share issue ? Presumably the share price will rise as and when season tickets are sold so buying shares on the open market will not be an option. Or will lots of fans still not buy season tickets due to hatred of the Board/ dissatisfaction with McCoist etc ?

So true though, I try and join in with these type of chats but end up making a James Hunt of myself way quicker than I ususally do in the fitba chat, at least I know a wee bit about football, finaces and corporate governance? not so much

Well Piff thank fk we didn't have to go down to the 7th level among the Arthurlies and Blantyre Vics of this world!
I try and join in with these chats too but by the time I've got my head round someone's post into the intricacies of corporateness and want to reply to it, they've moved on by about three pages and several topic changes, one of which is usually about body parts or functions

Why are people still talking about making decisions based on who is on the board. It could consist of John Greig , Paul Murray and King himself and nothing would be any different.
Regardless of who is on the board they will act on instruction from the shareholders. That's what has to change. Makes no sense being angry at the board.

After all that's gone on no-one is going to accept any assurance that protects the assets without proof the those giving the assurance actually own the assets.
Show us the deeds in other words.
Without that it's meaningless.

Until the court case is settled between rfc and craig whyte they can't do that though.
