SEE tickets shambles

I'm beyond livid......

Having had 5 tickets assigned to singing block 131 and another single ticket lower down same block... the "Nottingham based professional ticket" sellers had emailed me to reassign the 5 to "up in the gods" section 501 . Leaving one of us on their jack jones in 131. They had sold me amulent disabled tickets ... Whatever that is by mistake.

Block 501 ... No thanks I fell for that ant view trick in 2007

One hour of my life on the phone later ... I've managed to get the 5 into the face painting family section 139 ... A far worse position... Having declined their offer to cough up £12 per ticket to move into a pink section.

The single ticket is dispatched so they will not move it nor take it back nor can I buy another ticket

Kin useless notts tw4ts.

Stern email to my ticket office contact ...

All this for a game which only QPR are turning up for according to the London media

Larry, me and my lad are in row 33!

Apparently some Derby fans have been sold tickets in the QPR end

Row 39 for us Tommo.

Can't wait. I'm going to be in New York until Thursday next week. I'm normally last minute Larry when it comes to planes but I'll be at Newark airport hours before take off. It's a flight home I'm most definitely not missing!!

Regarding Saturday, we're all meeting at the "moon under water" Leicester square. 9am, there will be a lot of Derby there

Hinton, sorry to hear about the mix up of your tickets mate. I've been reading on line, it's happened to a few people. So surely someone could sort something, like meeting with someone at the ground and swapping tickets. I know it's a long shot but is worth a suggestion. Anymore for anymore

Of all the fans to describe as ambulant....

You should contact the club. They have contracted out the ticket allocation but cannot delegate accountability. You did all you were asked to do, the club/its agents screwed up and someone should sort it out properly, not the unsatisfactory hatchet job you're left with.

666 good point re Ambulent status ...maybe I should get an extra ticket for a carer ? However the recovery of Steve Austin is now achiving 9 mile runs so probably not going to pull that one!

Really good news from the club... I got an email early evening saying they are going to try to resolve..I just want us all to be in the same block now somewhere on tier 1...without being fleeced... Fingers crossed

Ironically I was quite impressed with SEE on Tuesday ... They clearly had the web infrastructure to cope with the deluge of hits. I know a fair bit about this sort of stuff and had discussed the challenges of selling large numbers with my club contact. The system the Rams use was new when pride park was built... Selling entire matches online was never on the map back then. They know they need to find both short ( SEE ?) and long term solutions to be able to cope with the demand the club now has.

IMHO They made the right decision to outsource this game... However the customer service/ complaint aspect of SEE leaves something to be desired. I've let the club know as much .

One thing that cheesed me off was when they reallocated me they stuck us on tier 3 despite at that time having tier1 options albeit in the family blocks... In the wait to get answers they sold out all the seats in the blocks behind the goal.. Hence I'm now in corner but with one of us waving at us from the opposite side of the goal.

My knee hurts if I DRIVE nine miles... I may look at an automatic for my next whip/ride/automobile.

Glad to hear the club are looking to resolve your difficult situation: there are no bad views at Wembley and the atmosphere will be electric wherever, but being on different sides of the ground is wholly unacceptable, not least because you'll have to try to find each other at the final whistle as 40,000 other fans are all milling around trying to leave... I'm assuming the QPR fans will already be drowning their sorrows in their locals by the time Rams fans leave

All Sorted out now ... The miracle of complaining... We are all together now in block 132 !

Great intervention from the club to sort it out.... And got my "transaction charges" back ...
