In a way Moonbeam got his wish there is a dome over Ibrox though I am guessing it being a virtual version of a Barnam and Baily circus tent was not the intended result

Think its dead in the water to be honest CT. Made some sense initially but the planning has been half ersed at best and as yet have not heard or read anything but questions and very few answers on how it was supposed to work in the real world

Quite an interesting debate on the Gers board, you should get involved instead of whining

Actually looked at the League board a couple of days ago for the first time in ages. There is some very good open realistic discussion taking place.
Lot of of falls into the too little too late bracket but better late than never comes to mind
