More Than An FA Cup. Arsenal Wenger!

Yes more final talk and why not? Winning the FA cup tomorrow as we all know will of course end our well documented trophy drought however it will do more than that for this club and everyone affiliated. Since August when Mesut arrived there has been a new lease of life in North London and we have been a lot more competitive than recent years there's no doubt about that and though the usual disappointments have played their part we should be pleased that signs of progress is being made.

We've been handicapped for a number of years ever since we moved stadium and in hindsight I think Wenger's consistency in keeping us in the top 4 whilst having to make a £40m profit each year will be appreciated a lot more in the future. Even in our bad times we've maintained our status whereas United and Liverpool fell off heavily in theirs that shouldn't be dismissed. Now the time has come when we can finally compete financially with the bigger clubs maybe not so strongly as we'd have to back out of a bidding war with Chelsea or City per say but we can certainly target players of similar stature to whom they look at.

Yes I have been a 'Wenger out' member but that's more to do with his tactics, coaching and decision making (in games, in the market and also the lack of focus on our annual injury crisis) however in terms of what he does/has done for the club I give full credit and never result to insulting/abusing the great man who I respect dearly as he's who lured me into becoming a supporter as a toddler. For us to finally have a great shot of winning a major trophy when we're financially strong is no coincidence. His very long term goal may turn out to be a master plan if we win it tomorrow.

Tomorrow could change the mental state at the club for the better and from then on we can sweep all before us. The likes of Fabregas, RVP, Nasri, Ade etc.. didn't have the patience to see it through and Wenger has been left alone in this dream of his trying to create multiple projects but the young Brits we have in Theo, Jack, Rambo, Ox, Jenks, Gibbs and let me just chuck Chesney in there is the real project they will stay loyal and guide us to the very top. Our European domination era is now due and the big mental change tomorrow will be the start of that.

We can better the Barca era and claim everything and dominate the league next season. Short sighted idiots like Jose will never acknowledge this because he doesn't see anything through but with everything Wenger has had to go through and put up with nobody deserves a domination era like this genius people forget he brought flair and a stylised philosophy into England before anyone else. Jose will never ever be the manager Wenger is maybe a better coach but NOT MANAGER. Don't let majorly brought trophies delude you either. Any decent coach with £100m at his disposal wherever he goes can bag honours. No wonder his drought has suddenly begun when FFP has come into play whilst ours may end.

Let's win it for Wenger for all he has suffered for this club and all the mugs he's had to put up with in his time whilst always maintaining his class and beliefs. Whatever happens with his contract situation and despite the criticisms I'm man enough to admit I've aimed at him I will always love and be grateful to the greatest manager of all time that is Arsene Wenger

Note that feelings could change by tomorrow afternoon, I've already warned ya

Hull will defend and hit us on the break. What is Wengers plan? He hasn't got one. We'll just play our normal game and one mispass and Hull will be up our end, before we know what's happened. We couldn't beat Wigan. We couldn't beat Birmingham. Same old tactics, same old Arsenal. Same old Wenger. So I say, win it for the fans, but don't pretend we're Barcelona. Give Steve Bruce a surprise - though I doubt Wenger is capable of producing surprises.
