Really think the Poch is quality, he's done a brilliant and underrated job at Southampton.
If you get him, and if he can impose his methods on a cosmopolitan Spurs squad, he could do very well indeed.

He speaks pretty good English, it seems he uses a translator to keep the press at arms length rather than needing one.

Levy is copying the Everton and Liverpool route, by appointing a PL experienced manager that has learnt his trade at a small club, risky strategy maybe, but Levy probably looks at Rodgers and Martinez and thinks that is the right way to go.
