Welcome to the final day of the LSTD League season. It has been a mouthwatering season and arguably the closest at the top in its history. Today sees 4 teams challenge for the title in Arsenal, Chelsea, Birmingham and Portsmouth. All Arsenal have to do is beat Sunderland and they win. Chelsea need to win against Wolves and hope for a loss or draw for Arsenal. Birmingham is slightly more complicated with them needing Arsenal to lose, Chelsea to draw or lose and for them to go to Old Trafford and beat Manchester United. Portsmouth face Manchester City where they need to win and hope Birmingham and Chelsea draw and Arsenal lose by 7 goals aswell as beating City by a few themselves.

In the fight for a place in the top 4, Liverpool need to beat a strong Newcastle side and hope United lose and Portsmouth lose. United just need to beat Birmingham and their job is done. All Portsmouth, Birmingham and Chelsea need to do is draw.

While in the slightly less important games, Villa can cement 8th place with a draw against Hull City. Everton can move up the table by beating relegated QPR. And West Brom can move up the league by beating Southampton.

TEAM NEWS FROM THE STADIUM OF LIGHT Sunderland have nothing to play for as Rex said they will act with integrity. Tomas Rosicky plays against his former club. They line up in a 4-2-3-1. Arsenal go into the game knowing 3 points will seal the title for them, their fourth and Robins first. However due to injuries Cesc Fabregas, Nemanja Vidic, and Ashley Cole are unable to play their last games for the club. David Silva comes in to them and it’s the same trio up front which have played the last 6 games together, Sunderland Muslera; Srna, Garay, Otamend, PVA; Montolivo, Schaars; Miralles, Rosicky, Mertens; Wickham Arsenal D Lopez; Alves, Kompany, Boateng, Vermaelan; Busquets, Yaya Toure; Ronaldo, Silva, Oxlade-Chamberlain; Aguero

TEAM NEWS FROM VILLA PARK Aston Villa look to keep firm hold of their 8th place and keep out Hull City. Aaron Ramsey starts his final game before his move to Arsenal. Hull City line up in an orthodox 4-3-3 as their star player, Phillipe Coutinho, misses out through injury. Aston Villa Begovic; Zabaleta, Musacchio, Koscielny, Shaw; Fernandinho, Ramsey; Volland, Kroos, Koke; Sturridge Hull City Mandanda; Juanfran, Miranda, Benatia, Flanaghan; Witsel, Moutinho, Cabaye; James, Jay Rodriguez, Negredo

TEAM NEWS FROM GOODISON PARK Everton have finally found some sort of stability with new manager Marky at the helm. It’s been a good season for them as they avoided relegation with ease. On the contrary QPR are in turmoil but it looks like manager Kamran will be staying despite relegation. He has managed to name a team two weeks in a row which includes most wanted Adam Lallana. Everton Ruddy, Aurier, Lovren, Lescott, Cristico, Paulinho, Benat, Menez, Hernanes, Young, Traore QPR Baumann, Caceras, Ferdinand, Albiol, Maxwell, Song, Asamoah, Hulk, Kaka, Lallana, Rondon

TEAM NEWS FROM OLD TRAFFORD Probably the game of the day, all sorts of possibilities can happen here depending on the result. Willy will know for sure that if his team win, they will confirm a top 4 place. They will also be hoping the ones above them drop points in their pursuit for the title. Meanwhile Renegade has stated he is happy with 5th place but wants his team to challenge for the title next season. Manchester United Buffon, Lahm, Pepe, Vertonghen, Felipe, Rakitic, Pirlo, Navas, Barkley, Reus, Tevez Birmingham Cesar, Piszczek, Subotic, Agger, Bernat, Bender, Schweinsteiger, Teixeira, Di Maria, Turan, Rooney

TEAM NEWS FROM FRATTON PARK Portsmouth have occupied the top 4 places nearly all season and they will be desperate to get over the finishing line. They face a tough challenge against Manchester City who have, nicely put ‘flopped’ this season. Javi Martinez and Marquinhos start in defence due to injuries to Eliaquim Mangala and Daniel Carvajal Portsmouth Lloris, Marquinhos, Martinez, Hummels, Marcelo, Modric, Ramires, Sterling, Gotze, Nasri, Lewandowski Manchester City Casillas, Ramos, Chiellini, Terry, Azpilicueta, Essien, Kondogbia, Suarez, Ozil, Ribery, Benzema

TEAM NEWS FROM MOLINEUX Mex kindly hoped that his team loses so that Chelsea could win the title. Nevertheless he still managed to name a team Chelsea know that any slip up from Arsenal will give them the title providing they lose. Wolves Scuffet, Danilo, Howedes, Van Dijk, Pasqual, Lucas, Allan, Candreva, Cerci, Ljajic, Alacacer ChelseaNeuer, Sciglio, Veltman, Bonucci, Baines, Pogba, Vidal, Eriksen, Willian, Neymar, Van Persie

Well thats all the team news we got for today. We are delighted to have reached the final game and we would like to celebrate with the following dance. Kick off will be at 20:30.

There seems to be a problem between Rosicky and Robin. Rex goes crazy.

FULL TIME

AND THERES A FIGHT AT THE STADIUM OF LIGHT. Theres a punch up between Robin and Rex as Robin feels his celebration with Rosicky was him mocking Robin as a manager. The players join in to calm things but they make matters worse. The ref blows his whistle and sends off both managers.

Chelsea think they have won the league but they havent and neither have Arsenal. The both finish on the same amount of points, same amount of goals scored and same goal difference. This means their will be a play off between Arsenal and Chelsea on the 7th June at Old Trafford. There are possibilities for an earlier date depending on the European results.
